Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Art O Fab, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every jewellery piece we create. Our goal is to ensure that your experience with us is as special as the jewellery you choose.
1. Return Eligibility
We gladly accept returns within 10 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- The product is not damaged or altered in any way.
- A valid proof of purchase is provided.
Once received, our team will inspect the returned item before processing your refund or exchange.
2. Order Cancellation (By Customer)
We understand that plans can change.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, please email us at info.artofab@gmail.com with your order number.
- If the order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return once it’s delivered.
- Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 business days.
3. Order Cancellation (By Art O Fab)
While rare, Art O Fab reserves the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing or inventory errors occur on the website.
- Payment authorization fails or is incomplete.
- Incomplete shipping details or unverifiable contact information.
If your order is cancelled by Art O Fab, you will be notified immediately via SMS, and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If your jewellery arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us at [info.artofab@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
- Share photos or videos of the item and its packaging.
- Once verified, we will offer a replacement or full refund, as per your preference.
5. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds (for returns or cancellations) will be processed within 7 business days after product inspection or cancellation confirmation.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method used during checkout or to the preffered bank account (if COD).
6. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size, design, or preference, subject to stock availability.
